Change the MPA Bitrate with TMPGEnc

Start TMPGEnc and select "New Project" in the "File" Menu.
Then click the "Audio Source"-Browse Button and select the MPG-Stream.



Click on "Setting".



Choose a Bitrate and click OK.
Hit "Start" and the new mp2-stream will be created.
